Everybody loves the idea of being fit. Going to the gym, eating healthy, and being strong and healthy seem so wonderful. That is, until it comes time to put in the work. We all know that feeling. You get there pumped up and ready to grind, but halfway through you find yourself wondering why. It's so easy to get into that slump and just slowly fall off the wagon.
